The crawler shot peening cleaning machine provides an efficient, energy saving and reliable crawler shot blasting cleaning machine, which includes a feeding mechanism, a shot peening device, a host computer system and a crawler mechanism; the feeding mechanism includes a chain electric hoist, a hopper, a guide rail and a roller; a circular chain electric hoist is fixed at the top of the feeding mechanism; the guide rail and roller are pulled out of the hopper for loading and unloading operation. In the process of operation, the hopper is pulled out by the hanging chain electric hoist, rises to a certain position along the guide rail, and then the hopper rotates around the roller, thus reducing the influence on the crawler when the workpiece is stably unloaded in the roller; the shot peening device adopts a double shot peening device with reverse rotation direction, which forms a certain angle, which can clean the workpiece comprehensively and effectively from different directions. This machine can clean sand, remove rust, descale and strengthen the surface of castings, malleable parts, stamping parts, gears, springs and other workpieces.

It will be used as a part of the drilling rig when we are drilling or building wells.
