Overview

The mold-making and shell-making process in the precision casting of our factory was originally operated by hand, with low efficiency and high labor intensity, which is a weak link in the precision casting production. In order to change this backward state, the factory formed a three-combination group with workers as the main body, carried out design and construction, and built a semi-automatic mold-making and shell-making production line. After practical use, it is proved that the operation is convenient, the production efficiency is increased by more than twice, and the production capacity is expanded. This semi-automatic production line consists of two parts: mold making and shell making.

It will be used as a part of the drilling rig when we are drilling or building wells.
